GERMAN INTERESTS.
SWISS CONSULS TAKE OVER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, February 11. The American Consul-General has been officially advised that the German Government desires its interests in Australia New Zealand, and the South Seas to be placed in the hands of the Swiss Consuls.
