BRITISH DESTROYER LOST.
MINED IN THE CHANNEL. ONLY FIVE SAVED. NOT A NEW VESSEL. (Australian, and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, February 11. The Admiralty states that a British destroyer of the older typo was mined and sunk last night while on patrol duty in the English Channel. All the officers were lost. Only live of the crew were saved.
