WORSE THAN LOST BATTUES. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received 4 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, January 5. The "Kfniest Xachrichten" bitterly assails Hollweg's reference to scraps of paper ,-at the outbreak of war, and says iliat the Entente's use thereof in the recent reply is significant. The "Deutsche Zeitung" simultaneously declares that these three words are as bad as ten lost battles and demands that Hollweg resign. Some newspapers demand ron Tirpitz's return.
