Wolffs Agency represen- , tativc in Switzerland, will be tried at Lausanne for espionage, and also for violating Swiss neutrality. Somer came , to Switzerland immediately on the outbreak of war, and organised German propaganda in the principal Swiss towns. Later he -became chief spy, bribing Swiss subject*, to travel England and France for purposes of espionage.
