ANNOUNCING THE RESULT 'WHEN PARLIAMENT MEETS. BIG RUSH OF RECRUITS. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. The caucus met last night, and has been considering the war measures proposed by Mr W. M. Hughes (Federal Prime Minister). It. has been decided to make the result public when the House meets on Wednesday. SYDNEY, August 28. Apparently anticipating an early decision on the conscription question, a rush of rolunteers commenced, reminiscent of the early days of the war. J
