LIES ON THE DISC.
CHILDISH GERMAN RUSE. ("Tiie Times.") (Received 10 a.m.) PETROGRAD, August 28. A censorship has been instituted over gramophone records owing to the discovery of a large number of German origin, labelled "Music," but which were scurrilous lampoons and preposterous reports concerning the military and internal condition of Russia.
