BERLIN PANIC-STRICKEN BY ALLIED SUCCESS.
ALL AVAILABLE MEN SENT TO WEST FRONT. SPECIAL NEWSPAPER ISSUES TO REALSTJRE PEOPLE. (Received 11.13 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. The "Daily Telegraph" reports that a panic exists in Rerlin. Troop trains with all available new artillery have gone to the West front. The Kaiser also goes there. Special newspaper editions were issued to reassure the people.
