RHEIMS AGAIN BOMBARDED.
CIVILIANS KILLED BY AERIAL BOMBS. GERMAN COUNTER-ATTACKS IN ARGONNE REPULSED. The High Commissioner reports under date of London, March 23, 4.30 a.m.: Since last report, 7 army officers have been killed and 11 wounded, while 219 men have been killed and 239 wounded. "The missing number 17.
Paris reports that the enemy bombarded Rheims. An aviator dropped bombs, killing two or three civilians.
In the Champagne the French progressed slightly. In the Argonne two violent counter-attacks of the enemy were repulsed.
