OVERSEAS PASSENGERS. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The arrivals in New Zealand during February from overseas totalled 2,251, as compared with 3,717 in February, 1014. The departures during the same periods were respectively 1,995 and 3,410.
