SHORT OF FODDER.
I I -MELBOURNE, March 18. The Victorian Minister of Agriculture, replying to a deputation regarding the I shortage of fodder, said that he wonld ! consult Cabinet as-to the possibility of obtaining supplies from New Zealand and j San Francisco. Despite New Zealand's prohibition against export, the Dominion Government might beed representations on-behalf of the State.
