Mr. •F.-jß'*'*'' who presided, outlined the report of the association. The association- proposM forming Pneroa into a borough and to include -2.000 acres within the horoiiglj limits. The estimated capital value el the area is £211.853, of which amount £1)7.0:18 is the value of improvements.
