PEARL NECKLACE THEFT.
GTTTWTBTH'S OFFER, TO SELL. (deceived 1.45 p.m.)' LONDON, 2£ovember 19. At tbe (rial of the four men charged with the theft of M. Mayer's pearl necklace, valued at £130.000. during its transmission from Paris to London. Brandstutter, one of the chief witnesses for the polite, testified that Gutwirth, in Antwerp, offered him the necklace for a million or one and one-half million francs. Witness communicated with Quadracstein and negotiations were begun.
