The Greek army will demobilise next week. The slow withdrawal of the Roumanians embarrasses Bulgaria, hindering the re-establishment of food transportation. Two thousand cases of cholera are reported among the Roumanians. The newspapers report that the Malissori tribesmen are dissatisfied at the Albanian-Montenegrin boundary fixed by the Ambassadors' Conference. The leaders have notified Admiral Burney (commnnder of the international squadron) that unless their demands are conceded by August 20 they will declare war against Montenegro. It is reporter! from Sofia that King Ferdinand of Bulgaria, crowned with a wreath of leaves, headed the Sofia division of the troops in a procession to the city from the front. Six Bulgarian soldiers, identified as having participated in the Dcxata massacres, were court-mart tailed, sentenced to death, aud executed over the graves of the victims. TURKS' FQP.WARD MARCH. A BULGARIAN PROTEST. (Received 12.53 p.m.) LONDON, August 17. The Bulgarian Government has notified tlie Powers (hat Turkey is marching towards Kirgali and Gumurdjina, in Northern Thrace. Bulgaria declares that it is iniquitous that she should be compelled to demobilise while Turkey is infringing the Treaty of London.
