It ir, alleged that .Mrs Pankhurst will pesiHiie the campaign in the autumn. Their departure is regarded as an inlicniion of the triumph ot the Cat and Mouse Act. Mrs Fankliurst lately attended several public meetings, but no attempt was made to re-arrest her.
