Roumania insists on Greece relinquishing Kavala and somo of its hinterland on Scrvia relinquishing Radbvista, Kotchana, and Struninitza. If an agreement bo not reached to-mor-row Koumonia will present a, protocol for immediate signature. Russian and Austrian patience is also exhausted, whilst dissensions have arisen between M. Venczclos (Premier of Greece) and King Constantino. Advices from Bucharest state that Russia has informed tho Roumanian Government that she will join Austria in opposing Servian retention of Radovista, Kotchnnn and Strumnituu M. Tonehcff, the chief Bulgarian delegate, in nn interview staled that Bulgaria would yield Kavala under protest in consideration of the point being finally settled by tho international conference. Turkish prisoners in Bulgaria aggregate a hundred thousand. A report from tho Assistant Bishop of Rodosto, n member of tho Commission of Inquiry Into tho Turkish ntrocitics during tbo advance on Adrianople, alleges that tho troops pillaged and burned Christian"-' bouses and shot tho fleeing inhabitants. Slimy girls were incinerated in the bouses to avoid capture.
