WOMAN'S INFERIORITY.

Professor Starr, of the University of Chicago, in a speech to-day, declared that the present attempt of woman to press herself forward was harmful to the human race, and would continue until nun resolved to restore females to the position of inferiority to which they rightly belong. The presence of women in occupations formnrlv monopolized i,y men was unnatural, and indicated racial decline.
