Karl Hoff, formerly the world's foils champion, has been arrested at FrankI fort on a charge of poisoning .two wives , and attempting to poison a third. ; A quantity of cyanide of potassium, [ arsenic arid cultures of typhhus and I cholera' bacilli were discovered in acj cused's house. All Hoff's wives were heavily insured, - the third for £4,000.
