DUPED BIT A SERVANT. MURDER, SUICIDE, AND LOVE. BERLIN, April 12. A new aspect has been revealed in regard to the alleged murder of a schoolboy named Tiermann. Having gained her affection, Detective Schwarz drew from a maidservant named Heinrichs that the boy was murdered by Schultz, her lover. Cross-examination of the girl revealed that she duped Schwarz in order to avoid losing the detective's lovp. Proceedings are now threatened against* Schwarz for assuming official authority.
