THE SUGAR DUTIES.

The Parliamentary Committee of the Co-operative Union, representing ten millions has renewed its petition to the. Government to abolish the sugar tax. It points out that despite the Liberal partvC policy-of a free breakfast table there are still heavy duties on many articles of food.
