CL.EVEDON" BEATS HAMILTON. A very interesting palo match -was played at Clevedon on Sarnrday between tip local team and a party of Hamilton players, the sides being as follows: Hamilton.—Hume. Hunter, Dodd. anti Tule. Olevedon.—Boll. Imdcr. M<~Flierson. and Atcheson. Tn tie first and third spells Hunter and Hume each scared a goal for Hamilton. The fmirth spell ended with Clevednn nil aTid Hamilton two goals to the good: but in the filth spell AtcSeson scorpd for Clevedon. and in the he added two more. The local team thus ■p-roved to he the -winners of a very exciting game by three jroals to t-wo. After the match the visitors were entertained by the ClertHion Club.
