GLEBE MURDER MYSTERY.

MOIR REMANDED. SYDNEY, November 27. The young man Campbell Moir was today formally charged with having it ordered Henry Trevascus at Glebe. Accused was remanded till Thursday. Bail was not asked for. The plough coulter with which Trevascus was murdered has been identified as having been stolen from a farm at Emu Plains (where the letter to Trevascus, signed "Fisher,'' making an appointment, purported to have been written). The New South Wales Government has temporarily rearranged the portfolios, so as to enable Mr. Carmichael (who resigned the portfolios of Labour and Public Instruction, owing to the arrest of Moir) to resume his place later. In the reorganised Cabinet Mr. McGowcn, who has been Premier and Treasurer, gives the Treasurership to the newly-elected Minister, Mr. Dacey, and takes the Chief Secretaryship from Mr. Flowers, who in turn takes over Publio j Instruction (one of Mr. Carmichacl's Departments).
