CROQUET.
The annual meeting of the Mount Eden Croquet Club was held in the Pavilion on Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Hudson presiding. The annual report and balance-sheet were read and adopted; showin the club had had a very successful season, while a good substantial sum had been handed over to the Bowling Club. Trophies were promised for the coming season by Mesdames Coe and Rankin, and Messrs. Hudson and Coe. The following officers were elected; President. M r Hudson (re-elected); secretary and treasurer. Miss Esamtgeneral and match committee, Mesdahros Rankin, Miohaels. Henley, Tatteraall and Reed. A vote of thanks was passed to the retiring secretary, Mrs. Rankin. It was decided the eluk akooM aJBH*i« with tke Auckland Crogoet Anwtion.
