WAIKATO SUPREME COURT.

(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.} HAMILTON, this day. DIVORCE. In the Supreme Court to-day in the case of Sarah Ann Sigley v. Frank Sigley, and Bella Eastgate, co-respondent, a decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in three months, with cost* against respondent on the highest scale. FATHER AND SON. In the case of Wm. Henry Perrott v. Westley Henry Perrott (father and son respectively), plaintiff asked for a declaration that various partnerships have existed, or payment of sums lent, and 30 shillings a week wages, while plaintiff was working with defendant. Plaintiff, who separated from his wife, claimed that he lent his son various sums, totalling £O7O. on the understanding that defendant was to purchase a farm, and the father to join with him. They had actually worked together on a farm at Waitoa for 18 months. The son contended that the father had given him the money in return for providing a home for his wife, that plaintiff only worked because he said he enjoyed milking cows better than anything else. He did a portion of the cooking, commenced work at 3 a.m., and always milked 14 cows. Opening the case for the defence it was admitted that £4OO of the amount was held for the benefit of plaintiff. His Honor said he intended to find for plaintiff for the whole amount, but the case would be reserved for argument in Auckland on the question ol interest and wages.
