HAMILTON SUPREME COURT.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. At ikv •Supreme Court sittings the grand jury returned true bills in the following casns: Koinaki, sheep-stealing; , James Fawcett Maxwell, IS charges of theft at Hamilton. No bills were found in the following cases: —John Higginson, perjury, Auckland; Roderick Alexander Ferguson, perjury > Auckland. This left criminal charges againat two I persons. i Koinaki, charged with the theft of 13 sheep, the property of Alexander BeU, Mangateporu, was acquitted. The charges against James Fawcett Maxwell, two counts of theft of sums of £289 between Febmary, 1910, April, 1911, and £314 between May 1909, May 1911, also falsifying the books, are now proceeding.
