FIFESHIRE’S MISSING BOAT.

VOETTJRNO’S SEARCH FAXES. WRECK ABLAZE FROM STEM TO STERN. (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, September 4. The Italian liner Volturno has returned to Aden without having seen any sign of the Fifesuire's missing boat. She was unable to board the Fifeshire, owing to heavy seas. The Fifeshire was burning from stem to stem when she left. The officer of the Volturno obtained assurances from the Somali chiefs along the coast that they would respect any of the Fifeshire's survivors who came ashore. The Dalhousie has searched all the north coast of Somaliland, and is still searching.
