The first round will be played next Saturday, the 9th Inst. The draw is as follows:—MacFarlane plays Binney, Allen plays Brown. Hall plays Dawson, Kingswell plays Richmond, Fairckragh plays Mahoney, J. Frater playa the winner of the Plerce-Ferguson tie. LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIP. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, Saturday. In the final of the ladies' golf championship Mrs Guy Williams (Masterton) beat Miss Pearse (Wellington) 3 up and 2 to Play.
