CRTMTNAL SESSIONS. The criminal sessions of the Auckland Supreme Court were continued before Mr. Justice Chapman this morning, Mx. J. A. Tole. K.C., appearing as Crown Prosecutor. ALLHRKD PER.TTTRY. The hearing of the charge of perjury preferred against the young man ("has. Boakes, who was defended by Mr. J. R. Lundon, was proceeded with. The allegation of the <.!rown was to the efTect that accused committed perjury by swear "ins, in the course of an affiliation case heard in the S.M. Court, that he was not father of an illegitimate child.
