A number of German reservists in London have been ordered to rejoin the colours, some within 24 hours. It is stated that this short notice is intended to test the effectiveness of the reserve for rapid mobilisation. Owing to the indisposition of M. Cambon, French Ambassador in Berlin, the conversations with reference to Morocco have been postponed until Monday. On quitting the parade ground cheering crowds followed the Kaiser, and a voice shouted, "Agadir! Stand firm, Willian! The people are bebind you!" The Sedan Day celebrations are exciting Germany's warlike spirit, and stimulating hostility towards England. Every patriot is wearing a William I. cornflower with a crape badge. Twelve hundred officers a,nd 30.000 men are afloat for the Kiel re\iew. THE TRIPLE ENTENTE. ENTIRE COMMUNITY OF VIEWS (Received 8.5 a.m.) PARIS, .September 3. M. de Selves (Foreign Minister) received Sir Francis Bertie. British Ambassador, and M. Isvolsky. Russian Ambassador. "Le Temps" states that the interviews showed entire community of views between the three Cabinets. SPAIN'S RIGHTS IN MOROCCO. ANOTHER PORT TO BE OCCUPIES. (Received 10.5 a.m.) MADRID, September 3. Replying to French criticisms alleging the inopportuneness of Spain's intention to occupy Ifni. southward of Agadir. under the Hispani-Morocco Treaty of 1860, it is officially explained that the subject was discussed for three years. Spain's resolve was due to Morocco's non-fulfil-ment of a definite promise in respect of Spain's rights.
