MINERS IDLE.
NON-UNION DrFFICUXTY. (Received 8 a.m.) LONDON, September 3. Owing to the non-unionist difficulty the Western Miners' Anthracite Association at Swansea has authorised notices in connection with five collieries employing 1800 men. Six hundred are idle at the Great Mountain colliery for the same reason.
