One of the most" successful land sales ever held here was conducted yesterday by Mr. Jack (president of the Aotes Maori Land Board), when 52 suburbaa sections, ranging from two to 30 acres, were disposed of at very high prices. Mr. Jack said another lot would be ready for sale in three months..
