LONDON, June 12. Mr. J. McGowen, in speaking at a Sun- j day afternoon sen-ice at Sydenham yes- ! terday, said that some people in other countries were seeking changes which j meant anarchy and nihilism, but Great , Britain was going to obtain reforms in ! an evolutionary way. W hen they obtained recognition by ' legislation of the brotherhood of man, and its principles were practised by the community, he honestly believed that the Christian millennium would be near at hand.
