The Baptists of Cambridge have purchased a section iv Queen-street, on which they intend to erect a church. The services ine being held in the Y.iI.C.A. building; but the congregation has increased so rapidly that the adherents feel Justified iv erecting a church. That laud is booming iv the neighbourhood of Cambridge Is demonstrated by the number of land agents that have gone into the business in that town. They now amount to one per cent of Us inhabitants. On Saturday last a number of sections in Victoria-street wore offered by lease by auction, but only oue was disposed of, viz., to Mr J. McCann, at £ll> per annum.
