Mr. Arthur Coombes writes: "Having been sent up to work on the Government Co-operative Works at Kaikoh<; last Wednesday three weeks I would like to say it ia a crying shame the way I have been treated. The Government had the cheek to tako mo to be a mug to do the work for one and a penny a yard, or three shillings a day, ,.
