ASSAULT AND ROBBERY.

THREE MEN SENTENCED. (By Telegraph. —Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. In the Supreme Court this morning three men, convicted of assault and robbery, appeared for sentence. The Judge said they all three were profession-il thieves. Angus Black was sentenced to four years' imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. George Moore was similarly sentenced. Ernest Nicholls was sentenced to four years' imprisonment.
