IN DANGER OF COLLAPSE. LONDON, August 26. The Labour correspondent of the "Manchester Guardian" says that Mr. LloydGeorge's railway conciliation scheme is on the verge of collapse. The executive of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants is urging patience. Mr. Sydney Buxton (President of the Board of Trade) has unavailingly endeavoured to promote an understanding between the companies and the men, and unless one is scon reached the men will repudiate conciliation regardless of consequences.
