ANOTHER NEW ORLEANS CASE. UNWRITTEN LAW AGAIN. — (Received S.o a.m.) NEW YORK, August 26. Kalie Freitsc-h. the daughter of well-to-do parents in New Orleans, after acquittal of Mamie ileLoughlin, shot dead heX fiance. Miehlor, in a crowded street, alleging that he had betrayed her. The authorities have delayed the trial, fearing another acquittal on the ground of the unwritten law. The jury acquitted Mamie ilcLoughiin, a handsome IS-year-old girl, for shooting ■with a revolver her faithless lover, who was walking with a rival in a street of i New Orleans. Hundreds of women leagued together and engaged eminent counsel to defend Atiss McLoughlin. '
