The s.s. Ngatiawa negotiated the bar at Opotiki yesterday, and will probably get; out to-morrow morning, arriving here on Wednesday. The HuddarMParker, steamer Victoria arj. Wlmmera arrived from Sydney, yesteprday afternoon after a somewhat rough passage, and .berthed at the Queen-street wharf; ;She leaves for Southern ports at ' 3 p.m. to-morrow. The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Ku- ; mora arrived direct from Kondon at halfpast nine this morning, and proceeded , straight to the powder ground to discharge a quantity of - explosives before coming up .to the wharf. She brings 4400 tons o£ general cargo for Auckland. The Union'-Company's turret steamer Ko.romiko arrived this morning, from Fiji, with a cargo of 3570 tons of raw sugar, for the Colonial" Sugar Refining Company. i The Koromiko left Fiji oh Wednesday last, and experienced light, variable winds and smooth seas' until' Saturday night, thence westerly wind and sea till arrival.
