LONDON, February 24.

The Master of the Rolls, in dismissing the appeal against "Dr." Bodie, the charlatan whose methods were recently exposed in Lord Justice Darling's Court, when he was ordered to return £1000 paid him by a student to whom he waa to teach bloodless surgery, against the decision ordering a refund of the money, described Bodie as a swindler and an ignorant and unscruplous quack.
