The Hon. J. A. Tole, X..C. appeared as Crown Prosecutor, and Mr. •R. A. Singer, with him Mr. J. R. Lnnd'on, appeared for the accused. The evidence did not differ materially from that adduced yesterday. (Proceeding.)
