CANADA'S OBLIGATIONS.
GEORGIAN BAY CAMAL. (Received 5.45 a.m.) OTTAWA, February 16. Mr. W. S. Fielding (Minister for ■Finance), speaking in the Dominion House of Commons during the debate on ■ the Georgian Bay Canal, said it was a work which Canada must soon undertake, but it was of the utmost importance for Canada to maintain her high credit in the British money market. Canada alXeady had heavy obligations.
