A BROKER'S DEFALCATIONS.
FBEKCH BAJTK DSFRATTDEDi OF £120,000. (Received S-5 ajn.) LOXDOK, February 16. The "Daily Mail" reports that Jubel, a coffee broker of Havre, has been arrested for defalcations totalling £120,000 sterling in the accounts of a local bank, which lends money to merchants on warehoused goods. Lemerriere, his manager, and the clerk responsible for the books wherein the irregularities occurred, have been arrested.
