GERMANY'S FIGHTING FORCE.
AT SEA AND IN THE AUt. EEGX&EENTAX FLYING CORPS. (Keceived 9.15 a.m.) BERLIN. February 16. Grand Admiral Koester, speaking at a. meeting of the German Navy League in ' Berlin, said: "Our armaments on land , and sea are costly, but they will bring us forward." The Kaiser has ordered as many officers as possible to learn aeroplaning. It is expected that firing corps will soon be attached to every regiment. Turkey has ordered three dirigibles from Germany.
