MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. G. Fowlds, Minister for Education, accompanied by his private secretary (Mr. W. Crow), arrived In Auckland by the Main Trunk express from Wellington yesterday morning. On Wednesday the Hon. Mr. Fowlds will attend the luncheon aboard the P. and O. steamer Malwa. In the afternoon he will open the new ward at the Auckland Hospital. On Thursday the Minister visits the Onehunga School, and presents to Master Patrick Nevill the plaque won by him for an Imperial essay on "Captain Cook," and to Cadet Morgan the champion belt and gold medal awarded by the Wanganui branch of the National Defence League for competition throughout the Dominion. The Hon. Dr. Findlay, Minister for Justice and Attorney-General, will remain in Auckland for- two or three days. He is at present engaged on Departmental and other business, and will endeavour to prolong his stay in order to attend the Malwa luncheon on Wednesday.
