SUPREME COURT.

CIVIL SESSIONS. In -Hie case of Standish v. Lynch, for recovery of money paid as interest, which opened yesterday before Mr. Justice Edwards at the Supreme Court, his Honor did not sit until close on 11 o'clock this morning, as -the parties to •the case were conferring, when the Court opened. Mr. Earl said he had pleasure in stating thai; a settlement had been arrived at. In the case Standish v. Lynrih and Bias, it had been agreed that judgment ibe given for the plaintiff for £200 without costs, and in the case Standish against Lynch alone, {or the plaintiff for £125 without costs. Judgment was entered aofxirdingly.
