In accordance with the provisions of Section 101 of 'The Harbours Act, 1905," the Minister for Marine ha 3 consented to the limits of Calliope Dock Jetty being defined as follows:— Bounded on the North, Three Hundred aud Sixty Feet, by the Borough of Devonport; on the West, South and East, One Hundred Feet, Three Hundred and Sixty Feet and One •Hundred Fecit respectively by the waters of Auckland Harbour. XOTE.-The public use of this Jetty will at all times be subject to the terms of the Agreement dated 24th March, 1903, made between the Auckland Harbour Board and the Lords High Commissioners of the Admiralty.
