ST. PETERSBURG. February 6. Socialists and the anti-Russian parties live beea largely returned to the Diet at tie Finnish general elections, which have just concluded.
A manifesto issued by a number of Gerttan professors concerning Russia's designs upon Finnish autonomy has pro*ok«l much anger throughout Russia.
