THE SACKVILLE BARONY.

LONDON, February 5. In the Sackville succession suit, after the respondent's case had closed, the claimant asked for a postponement to enable him to call members of the Oliva family from Spain. The President of the Court (Sir J. G. Bigham) refused to grant the adjournment and intimated that he will hear counsel on Tuesday.

At a previous sitting of the Court, Six J. G. Bigham said he was satisfied that petitioner's mother, when she married Lord Sackville, was already the wife of Gabriel Oliva.
