BERLIN, October 30. Germany has sent Mulai Hafid, Sultan of Morocco, an ultimatum demanding that he pay German creditors. Germany and France are acting in accord in all demands made on Morocco. They jointly refused to receive the Moorish Embassy which recently visited Continental cities.
