NEWFOUNDLAND'S CONTRIBUTION. (Received 10.25 a.m.) ST. JOHN, July 28. • The newspapers of Newfoundland declared that twice or thrice the present Admiralty maximum of 600 naval reserve men could enlist if the Admiralty wish it.
