PERTH, April 19. The annual meeting of the West Australian Alliance adopted a report of its secretary, which condemned the recent report of Mr. Carson, special commis- • sioner on the Ko-license movement, on! the grounds that he did not interview the heads of the temperance party in New Zealand. Mr. Carson, in a letter to ! the Press, has stated that he discussed the liquor question at considerable length with the Rev. F. W. Isitt, secretary of the New Zealand Alliance, while tbs only person connected with the liquor trade he interviewed was Mr. Williams, secre- j tary of the Licensed Victuallers' Aesocia- • tion. . . .. _. j
